Find a Learning Format for You
The NATA convention offers a variety of learning formats to accommodate attendees’ learning preferences. From traditional lectures to interactive sessions, there’s something for every learning style.
Tracks Are Back
After debuting at NATA 2025, Tracks are back to help in-person attendees dive deeper into key topics shaping the future of athletic training. Each curated Track features a series of sessions designed to expand expertise and connect attendees with leading voices across the profession and beyond.
This year’s Tracks are:
- Sleep: Rest, Recovery and Readiness – Sleep is the ultimate performance enhancer, yet one of the most underutilized tools in athlete care. The Sleep Track brings together experts to explore the science, assessment and practical applications of sleep in sports medicine. Together, these sessions will equip attendees with practical tools to evaluate, monitor and optimize sleep as part of a holistic approach to athlete recovery and performance.
- Entrepreneurship: Innovation, Impact and Independence – Athletic trainers are increasingly expanding their reach into emerging settings, building businesses, consulting and creating new models of care. The Entrepreneurship Track empowers attendees to think differently about their skills, career and impact on the profession. Together, these sessions will challenge attendees to think boldly, embrace creativity and harness entrepreneurial strategies that elevate their practice and the athletic training profession.
- Specialty Track: Athletic Director Day – Athletic health care and athletics administration are deeply interconnected with athletic directors and athletic trainers sharing responsibility for athlete safety, emergency preparedness, compliance and institutional risk management. Athletic Director Day on June 30 is designed to bring ATs and ADs together for a shared convention experience, providing aligned understanding, shared language and more.
Earn CEUs In Person and On-Demand
This year, in-person attendees can earn up to 40 CEUs – 15 while in Philadelphia and up to 25 on-demand. That’s double the total potential CEUs an in-person attendee can earn compared to previous years. This enhanced CEU structure offers unmatched flexibility for every attendee.
Those who can’t make it to Philadelphia can still earn CEUs by registering for NATA 2026 On-Demand. An extension of the convention experience, NATA 2026 On-Demand features sessions recorded in Philadelphia that can be viewed on a flexible schedule after the conference concludes. On-demand registrants can earn up to 25 CEUs.
Another new benefit this year: NATA 2026 On-Demand, housed in NATA EducATe, will be open July 31-Dec. 31, giving in-person and on-demand registrants two additional months to complete their CEUs and maximize their educational investment.
Getting Your Statement of Credit
In-person attendees will receive an email by the end of July with access to their on-site Statement of Credit. Through that statement, attendees can report up to 15 CEUs.
New this year, in-person and on-demand registrants will receive their Statement of Credit immediately after completing a NATA 2026 On-Demand session rather than waiting for a post-event CEU summary.
Note: It’s the attendee’s responsibility to track the sessions they attended in person and their corresponding contact hours, along with the sessions they complete on-demand, and report the CEUs they earned during the educational programming. CEUs should be claimed only once per educational activity. Attendees who participate in a session in person aren’t eligible to claim additional credit for the same session through the on-demand platform.
