Abstract:

Leadership Communication Webinar Series (1 of 3)  Date: April 14, 2021

Interpersonal communication and other "Soft Skills" have been a topic of discussion recently as something that is lacking in students and young professionals. Research has shown though that these skills have decreased across all generations. As Health Care Providers, Athletic Trainers need to be able to interact and communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders. These skills are ones that all should continue to improve to aid patients in reaching best  outcomes.

This On-Demand course is a Leadership Academy offering.  For more information, http://www.nata.org/career-education/education/resources-tools/leadership-academy
