The 76th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo June 24-27 in Orlando is almost here! To ensure attendees are prepared to enjoy their convention experience at the Orange County Convention Center – West Building (OCCC) in Orlando, here is an overview of what you need to know before you head to NATA 2025.
Explore the NATA 2025 Website
The NATA convention website houses everything you need to know about NATA 2025 including full details on the education sessions, networking opportunities, AT Expo and more.
Keep up With All Things NATA 2025
Download the NATA 2025 app, the most up-to-date resource for convention events and information. Use it to connect with your peers, draft a game plan for visiting your favorite exhibitors and add educational programming to your agenda. You can sync the app across all your devices and stay organized with up-to-the-minute exhibitor, session, speaker and on-site event information. Download the app from the convention website or find it in the Apple App Store or Android Google Play Store. Some features require creating an account and logging in.
You can also stay in the know by following NATA on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter) and Instagram for need-to-know information and breaking news. Use the #NATA2025 hashtag to share your experience and connect with other attendees.
Lastly, read the Convention Daily News eblast, which will be sent to your inbox each morning during convention. Get a recap of the previous day and check out featured events. If you didn’t know, you can adjust what you are – and aren't – receiving from NATA to ensure you never miss out on the news and information you want from your association.
Dress Comfortably
NATA 2025 is a business casual event. Business casual attire – shirts, slacks, skirts and blouses (no jeans or shorts) – are expected and acceptable at NATA 2025. Casual attire can be worn to evening events at SeaWorld Orlando and the Day 2 Party. Also, there will be a considerable amount of walking during the convention. Be sure to pack athletic or comfortable shoes.
Orlando in June is hot and humid with a chance of afternoon rain showers – plan your outfits accordingly. OCCC is well air-conditioned, so a light jacket may be needed.
Integrated Student Experience
NATA 2025 features an integrated student experience within the professional convention framework. This integration into the convention programming provides students with targeted experiences and access to resources that will enrich their educational journey at convention.

NATA Career Center Live, available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 24-26 and 8 a.m. to noon June 27 in OCCC, W221A, allows candidates and recruiting institutions to make in-person career connections.
