Get Ready for Renewal Season
October is right around the corner, and with it comes the NATA membership renewal season. This year’s campaign theme, “Beyond With NATA,” highlights how membership empowers you to achieve your goals, advance your career, build connections with peers and stay current through exclusive member resources.
As you prepare to join or renew your membership for 2026, here are some reminders.
Don’t Forget the Deadline
While athletic trainers can join NATA anytime, the official membership renewal season is Oct. 1-Dec. 31. All unpaid members who aren’t enrolled in an active payment plan (see below) by 11:59 p.m. CST Dec. 31 will lose access to their member benefits beginning Jan. 1, 2026.

Payment Plans
When joining or renewing, members can choose to pay their annual dues in four installments, offering more flexibility in managing costs.
In addition to installments, NATA also offers two auto-renewal options:
- A one-time payment processed annually Oct. 15
- A flexible payment plan with up to 10 automatic payments, designed to fit your budget
