NATA 2019 Keynote Announced

May 20, 2019 by Beth Sitzler

After the NATA Hall of Fame Class of 2019 is inducted and President Tory Lindley, MA, ATC, provides his state of the association, NATA convention-goers will get the chance to hear a one-of-a-kind keynote address from magician and former NFL long snapper Jon Dorenbos.

Dorenbos will present the NATA Keynote at 4:15 p.m. June 26 in the Mandalay Bay Shoreline. Dorenbos was selected as the 2019 keynote because of his unique background, sense of humor and more than 10 years of motivational speaker experience.

Dorenbos spent 15 years in the NFL, 12 of which with the Philadelphia Eagles. Even as Dorenbos made a career in professional football, he still fostered his passion for magic. In 2016, he appeared on “America’s Got Talent,” where he wowed the judges with his unique blend of sleight of hand, humor and inspiration. His skills as a magician and his ability to connect with his audience took him all the way to the show’s finals. He placed third that year, but returned in 2019 to compete in the “American’s Got Talent: The Champions” series, making it, once again, to the finals.

Since his television debut, Dorenbos has made reoccurring appearances on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” as well as “The Today Show.” He has also shared his talents and life lessons with audiences around the country for the past 10 years through his work as a motivational speaker.

Come see firsthand how Dorenbos weaves magic, humor and inspiration together for an experience like no other during the NATA Keynote. Visit the NATA convention website to register, and read the June NATA News to learn more about Dorenbos.
