Attendees of the in-person 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo will have several opportunities to connect and network with ATs in their settings or those who share similar professional interests during various town halls June 22-23.

For the first time, the NATA Secondary Schools Athletic Trainers’ Committee will host a town hall, joining the existing town halls hosted by the NATA Ethnic Diversity Advisory Committee, NATA LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee and AT EducATionalist Cabinet.

Hall I of the Indiana Convention Center is the place you want to be during the 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo. Not only is it home to the AT Expo, the world’s largest showcase of products and services for the athletic training profession, it’s also where you’ll find Connect.

The 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo educational programming provides attendees with access to cutting-edge research and the latest in athletic training education. Attendees can earn up to 20 CEUs, a major benefit as 2023 is a reporting year.

To commemorate Pride Month, throughout June the NATA Now blog is highlighting members of the NATA LGBTQ+ Advisory Committee and their impact on the profession.

Thanks to the NATA Research & Education Foundation Free Communications Program, attendees of the in-person 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo will have the opportunity to learn about the latest research in athletic training June 22-24 at the Indiana Convention Center (ICC) in Indianapolis.

During the 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo, attendees will have opportunities to equip themselves and connect with prospective employers through the NATA Career Fair in the Indiana Convention Center, Room 244.

The NATA Career Fair is more than job postings. There, attendees can meet with representatives from a variety of companies, network and improve their professional skills.

Taking place June 22-24 at the Indiana Convention Center, Hall I, during the 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo in Indianapolis, the AT Expo is the world’s largest showcase of products and services for the athletic training profession.

The 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo features a host of opportunities to learn more about the NATA Research & Education Foundation and its efforts to advance sports medicine research and athletic training education.

From fundraising and social events to research, education and professional development programming, the NATA Foundation has, for many years, graced the NATA convention with opportunities for attendees to enhance their learning and on-site experiences.

The 74th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo, taking place June 21-24 in Indianapolis, is just days away, and with it, the annual Athletic Training Student Seminar and a host of opportunities for student attendees to network and celebrate the profession.

With an uncle who practiced sports medicine, Meredith Decker, PhD, LAT, ATC, said she fell in love with athletic training at a very young age.

“I loved getting to experience his job when [my family] would go visit him at the University of Virginia,” she said.
