NATA NATM 2026 Member Referral Sweepstakes

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR MEMBERSHIP WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
VOID OUTSIDE THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern the NATA NATM 2026 Member Referral Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”). Participation constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses), as well as individuals residing in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.

Individuals entering via the referral method must be active NATA members in good standing at the time of entry and at the time of the drawing.

Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of eligibility, identity, membership status or compliance with these Official Rules.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 31, 2026 (“Entry Period”).

Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

A. Referral Entry

Eligible NATA members will receive one (1) entry for each new member whose paid membership application is completed, accepted and verified by Sponsor during the Entry Period.

Verification may include, without limitation, confirming that the applicant is a new member, that payment has been received and that no other referring member has previously claimed credit for the same individual.

There is no limit to the number of referral entries an eligible member may earn.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”)

To enter without making a referral, hand-print the following information on a 3” × 5” card:

  • Full name
  • Complete mailing address
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • The code: “NATAREFERRAL26”

Mail the card in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than March 31, 2026 and received no later than April 5, 2026. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for postal delays or failures.

Each properly submitted mail-in entry will receive one (1) entry, equal in value to one referral entry.

Multiple AMOE entries are permitted, provided that each entry is mailed separately in its own stamped envelope. There is no limit to the number of AMOE entries an entrant may submit.

Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, automated, bulk-mailed or mass-generated entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who uses multiple identities, commercial sweepstakes services, automated systems or any method intended to circumvent these Official Rules.

5. Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about April 10, 2026 from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within seven (7) calendar days of the date of notification. Failure to respond within the required timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, including eligibility and winner selection, are final and binding.

6. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded:

  • One (1) $500 gift card

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

The gift card issuer is not affiliated with Sponsor and is not a sponsor of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor makes no warranties, representations or guarantees regarding the gift card, including its terms, conditions or availability.

The prize is nontransferable and no substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any other costs associated with prize acceptance and use. Sponsor may issue tax reporting forms as required by law.

7. General Conditions

  • Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.
  • Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, force majeure events or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.

8. Limitations of Liability

  • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries
  • Postal delays or failures
  • Technical failures of any kind
  • Unauthorized human intervention
  • Errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes
  • Injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or prize use

9. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness and state of residence for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

10. Disputes

  • Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
  • The Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
  • Recovery in any dispute shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred in entering the Sweepstakes.

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope postmarked no later than June 30, 2026 to:
