NATA 2026: Upcoming Deadlines

May 14, 2026 by Beth Sitzler

While the 77th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo June 29-July 2 in Philadelphia is still several weeks away, there are a few upcoming deadlines athletic trainers should keep in mind. Mark your calendar and don’t miss these important dates.

May 31

Advanced Registration

This is the last day to receive the advanced registration rate. Starting June 1, rates will increase for all attendee categories.

Blended Advanced Tracks

Blended Advanced Tracks are in-depth educational opportunities that combine the flexibility of asynchronous online learning with the hands-on engagement of in-person sessions, offering attendees the best of both worlds. Each Blended Advanced Track provides an additional 6 CEUs, including two hours of asynchronous coursework that must be completed online before the convention and a four-hour immersive, hands-on lab.

First Aid/CPR Instructor Training

At the completion of the First Aid/CPR Instructor Training, attendees will be certified to teach CPR, AED, first aid and lay responder training. The training includes three to four hours of online coursework that must be completed in advance. Registrants will need to bring their certificates of completion with them to show the instructor.

Blended Learning Labs

Blended Learning Labs offer a unique opportunity to observe, analyze and apply new techniques under expert guidance, ensuring attendees leave with skills they can immediately implement in their practice. Blended Learning Labs include one hour of asynchronous online learning – worth 1 additional CEU – that must be completed before the hands-on lab.

Note: The Blended Advanced Tracks, First Aid/CPR Instructor Training and Blended Learning Labs asynchronous content must be completed before to the in-person events. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility to participate on-site.
