Installment Payment
The four-installment payment option is a great way for members to manage their dues with more flexibility. This option is available for those who are joining or renewing their membership between October and December.
Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to your membership benefits. You have two convenient payment options: a one-time payment that processes annually Oct. 15, or a flexible payment plan with up to 10 automatic payments, designed to fit your budget. To sign up, simply visit "My Account" and select "Payment Methods," or choose your preferred option during the join/renewal process.
NATA Installment Payments and Auto-Renewal Terms and Conditions
For Your NATA Membership:
Welcome to the terms (“Terms”) and conditions for installment payments and auto-renewal. Please read all Terms carefully. These Terms apply to you and payment of your annual NATA dues, whether on an annual basis (one-time pay) or on a monthly basis (auto-payments). By signing up to become an NATA member, you agree to abide by these Terms and understand that they may affect your NATA membership.
AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS:
Please review these Terms annually, as they may be updated. Any changes will not impact the payments you have made in previous years. Your installment payments or auto-payments will remain governed by the terms in effect at the time started in your current dues plan.
MONTHLY PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS:
- If you selected installment payments or auto-payment, you agree that the payment plan is not a subscription, but rather a monthly payment option.
- Choosing the four-installment payment option does not enroll you in auto-renewal.
- To sign up for auto-renewal, simply check the box during your membership renewal or go to “My Account” on the NATA website to get to the Payment Methods webpage. Your auto-renewal authorization will continue until canceled by you or NATA.
- The initiating of auto-renewal confirms your understanding that your NATA membership will be automatically renewed annually each year by charging your payment method, regardless of whether you are paying the auto-payment or one-time payment plan.
- By authorizing installment payments or auto-payment, you authorize NATA to initiate your first payment today and automatically process your payments on or after the same day of each subsequent month.
AUTO-RENEWAL – ONE-TIME PAYMENT (IN FULL)
- To sign up for auto-renewal (one-time payment), simply check the box during your membership renewal or go to “My Account” on the NATA website to get to the Payment Methods webpage.
- Payment will be processed annually Oct 15.
- By authorizing auto-renewal, you consent to NATA charging the payment method stored on your record for your full dues each year, until you notify NATA in writing to cancel auto-renewal via email at membership@nata.org. I understand that failure to meet my payment obligation will result in the termination of my membership.
RENEWAL AND PAYMENT INFORMATION
- NATA will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice of any dues price changes, which will take effect at the beginning of the next membership year. If you change your district or state during the membership year, the new rate will take effect at the start of the following membership year.
- You agree to make timely payments and have selected a credit card or e-check as your payment method. By doing so, you authorize NATA to charge any replacement or substitute card if applicable.
- If all eligible payment methods on file are declined, you must provide a new valid payment method promptly or your membership will be canceled. If a new payment method is successfully charged, your membership will continue based on the original renewal period.
- Unless you notify us in advance of your intention to cancel, your NATA membership will automatically renew. You authorize NATA to charge the applicable membership fee using any eligible payment method on file, without prior notice (unless required by law).
- To cancel installment or auto payment plans, email membership@nata.org at least 7 days before the next payment is due. Cancellations received within 7 days of a scheduled payment will be effective for the following payment cycle, and the current payment will be processed as usual. There are no fees for cancellation, but any outstanding balance is owed.
- If your payment declines, NATA will notify you and attempt to process it again. Regardless of interruptions, you remain responsible for making payments by other means.
- For installment payments (current year dues), your membership benefits will be canceled immediately.
- For auto-renewal, the remaining balance for the upcoming year must be paid in full by the due date.
- All payments are non-refundable. According to Bylaws Article 3, Sections 3.5 and 3.6, dues are non-refundable and non-transferable.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO AUTO-RENEWAL
- You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, your responsibility for payment of your NATA dues.
- Each provision of this agreement is severable. If any provision or clause conflicts with applicable laws or can’t be enforced due to such laws, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect, unaffected by the conflict.
