Once logged in, NATA members can:




We ask that all members use the "Password Retrieval" form found on the User Login page. In order to ensure the safety of membership information, it is important for current and active members to verify their account with NATA. To retrieve your account on the new website, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to "Login" at the top of the page.
  2. Fill out the "Password Retrieval" form by entering the email associated with your NATA Membership.
  3. If your email account has been successfully retrieved and verified, the website will send a one-time login link to that email.
  4. If this email is not found, the site will send you to Membership Account Retrieval form. Enter your first Name, last name, country, zipcode and member ID.
  5. A successful submission will display the email we have on file for you.
  6. If this email presented is not correct (for example: the email we have on file is an old .edu account and you wish to change it), please enter a new email address and check the box to change the email we have on file for you.
  7. Click "E-mail new password" and a new one-time login link will be sent to your email. Please check your email to retrieve this link. This login link can only be used once. If, for any reason, your email is lost, you may use the "Membership Account Retrieval" form more than once. 
  8. If you are still having any problems logging in, please email The NATA membership team will contact you within 24 hours.



If your membership is paid and up to date, you can log in to the site to access your members-only information. Use this form ONLY if you have already successfully logged in to the new site and verified your account using Membership Account Retrieval.

  1. To log in, click on the Log In link in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
  2. If you can't remember your password, reset your password using your email address

Join NATA by clicking on the Become a Member link in the upper right-hand corner of the page and following these steps:

  1. Fill in the necessary information in the Join/Renew form.
  2. You will be prompted to fill in the required information for your profile, employment, education, membership category and payment information.
  3. Once you have successfully completed your payment, you will receive a welcome email from NATA with your membership information.
  4. You will also be emailed login information for the website. Click on the link in the email you receive to set your password.

If your membership has expired, you can renew your membership. Membership payment and processing will be handled on and require your old information. 

  1. Fill in the necessary information in the Join/Renew form.
  2. Update any necessary information as well as new payment information. 
  3. Once successfully renewed, your login account will be reactivated.
  4. You will receive a one-time login for the website to regain access to your account. Click on the link in the email you receive to set your password.
