I've misplaced my CEU certificate for a quiz I took through the NATA Quiz Center. How do I get a replacement?

You can always reprint your certificate. Simply log in to the Quiz Center. All the quizzes you have taken are listed at the top of the page after you log in. Click on "Click here to view results" and then "Click here for a printable certificate."

The course video quit unexpectedly.

If you are using a wireless internet connection, directly connect your ethernet cord from your computer to your modem.

If you are accessing courses at your place of business or a government/educational institution, firewall settings may prevent you from viewing video content. You may need to view from another location or have your internet security settings changed locally.

What if I can't complete the whole quiz in one sitting?

No problem. You can logout anytime and login again later to finish the quiz.

I am using an international credit card, and my payment is being rejected.

Our system will not accept an international credit card.  Please complete this form, and return to knowledgeinitiatives@nata.org or fax to 214-736-5469.  Your credit card will be charged the total amount due and credit will be placed in your quiz center account.  You will be notified by e-mail when completed.

I am trying to purchase a quiz and am being prompted to enter my credit card info. What do I do?

This often happens because you have entered the Non-Member section but are actually a Member. Please visit the Quiz Center Member Login and try again. If you still are asked for credit card information, call 1.800.879.6282. NOTE: You must be logged in as a member in order to utilize your Free CEU Bucks!

I failed a quiz. Can I retake it?

Yes. You may take a quiz a total of three times.

I accidently purchased the wrong quiz. How do I get a refund?

If you accidentally purchased the wrong quiz, please contact the Knowledge Initiatives Department at knowledgeinitiatives@nata.org or call 972-532.8817.

Help… I can't log in!

Members log into the Quiz Center here. If you are a member, and can’t log in after utilizing the password retrieval function, please contact Member Services at Membership@nata.org for assistance.

What if I can't watch the whole course in one sitting?

No problem. You can exit anytime (just logout of the Quiz Center) and return to complete the course.

I can hear the sound of the video, but can't see a picture or vice versa. What should I do?

Make sure that you have Adobe Flash loaded to your computer. You can download this program at http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash.

You should also make sure you have the most updated version of Quick Time on your computer, which is available for download at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
