Becker-Doyle is executive director of National Athletic Trainers' Association Inc. (NATA), which represents nearly 30,000 certified athletic trainers working in schools, on the sidelines of professional sports, in hospitals and clinics, in the military and in industrial settings. The mission of NATA is to enhance the quality of health care for athletes and those engaged in physical activity, and to advance the profession of athletic training through education and research in the prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries.
