NATA’s Becker-Doyle Elected to
ASAE Board of Directors 

WASHINGTON, DC - Eve Becker-Doyle, CAE, executive director of National Athletic Trainers' Association Inc. (NATA), Dallas, TX, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE), where she will help shape the agenda and direction of the 85-year-old society moving forward.

Becker-Doyle, who will serve a three-year term, was sworn in along with the rest of the ASAE Board of Directors at the ASAE & The Center for Association Leadership Annual Meeting & Exposition in Nashville, TN, August 13-16, 2005.

Headquartered in Washington, DC, ASAE is an individual membership organization made up of more than 22,000 association executives and industry partners. Its members manage leading trade associations, individual membership societies and voluntary organizations across the United States and in 50 countries worldwide. It also represents industry partners who supply products and services to the association community. Becker-Doyle is executive director of National Athletic Trainers' Association Inc. The mission of NATA is to enhance the quality of health care for athletes and those engaged in physical activity, and to advance the profession of athletic training through education and research in the prevention, evaluation, management and rehabilitation of injuries.
