Turn in 1 form per school, as each student can be counted only once. *For students who join NATA for the first time between August 1, 2008 and April 30, 2009 and pay their dues in full, the prizes are: 1. For 1-20 new student members Receive $5 for each new student member, up to $100 for your school's student athletic training club 2. For 10-14 new student members Prize 1 and $100 to your school's student athletic training club 3. For 15-19 new student members Prize 2 and FREE annual meeting registration for one of the student members from your program 4. For 20 or more new student members Prize 3 and FREE annual meeting registration for your athletic training program director/designated faculty member from your program or 2 additional student members Students: To join NATA, go to www.nata.org, click "NATA Membership" and select "Join NATA/Renew" from the drop down menu.
