How and when do I get my Statement of Credit after taking the assessment?

After you have acheived a passing score of 70% or better, you must complete (including open ended questions) the course evaluation.  Your Statement of Credit will be available to print instantly upon completion of the course evaluation.  

 

I've misplaced my CEU Statement of Credit for a quiz I took through the NATA Professional Development Center. How do I get a replacement?
You can always reprint your Statement of Credit. Simply log in to the Professional Development Center. All the quizzes you have taken are listed in the purchased courses tab. 

 

The course video quit unexpectedly.
If you are using a wireless internet connection, directly connect your ethernet cord from your computer to your modem.

If you are accessing courses at your place of business or a government/educational institution, firewall settings may prevent you from viewing video content. You may need to view from another location or have your internet security settings changed locally.

 

What if I can't complete the whole quiz in one sitting?
No problem. You can log out anytime and log in again later to finish the quiz.

 

I am using an international credit card, and my payment is being rejected.
Our system will not accept an international credit card.  Please contact the Knowledge Initiatives Department.

 

I am trying to purchase a quiz and am being prompted to enter my credit card info. What do I do?
This often happens because you have entered the non-member section but are actually a member. Please visit the Professional Development Center Member Login and try again. If you still are asked for credit card information, call 1.800.879.6282. NOTE: You must be logged in as a member in order to utilize your free CEU Credits!

 

I failed a quiz. Can I retake it?
Yes. You may take a quiz a total of three times.

 

I accidently purchased the wrong quiz. How do I get a refund?
If you accidentally purchased the wrong quiz, please contact the Knowledge Initiatives Department  or call 972-532.8817.

 

Help… I can't log in!
Members log into the Professional Development Center here. If you are a member, and can’t log in after utilizing the password retrieval function, please contact Member Services for assistance.

What if I can't watch the whole course in one sitting?
No problem. You can exit anytime (just log out of the Professional Development Center) and return to complete the course.

 

I can hear the sound of the video, but can't see a picture or vice versa. What should I do?
Make sure that you have Adobe Flash loaded to your computer. Download Adobe Flash.

You should also make sure you have the most updated version of Quick Time on your computer. Download Quick Time.

 

I don't have a credit card, but I want to take one of the online courses. What do I do?
If you have free CEU Credits, a credit card is not required to purchase a quiz. Please contact Membership for assistance. If you need to pay for the quiz but do not have a credit card, call 1-800-879-6282.

 

How do I access my 10 Free CEU Credits?
Select the quiz you wish to apply CEU Credits to by clicking the "BUY" button once. The CEU Credits will be automatically deducted from your total available. The quiz you just purchased will now be found under the section, "Purchased Courses".
