I've misplaced my CEU certificate for a quiz I took through the NATA Quiz Center. How do I get a replacement?
You can always reprint your certificate. Simply log in to the Quiz Center. All the quizzes you have taken are listed at the top of the page after you log in. Click on "Click here to view results" and then "Click here for a printable certificate."
If you are using a wireless internet connection, directly connect your ethernet cord from your computer to your modem.
If you are accessing courses at your place of business or a government/educational institution, firewall settings may prevent you from viewing video content. You may need to view from another location or have your internet security settings changed locally.
No problem. You can logout anytime and login again later to finish the quiz.
Our system will not accept an international credit card. Please complete this form, and return to email@example.com or fax to 214-736-5469. Your credit card will be charged the total amount due and credit will be placed in your quiz center account. You will be notified by e-mail when completed.
This often happens because you have entered the Non-Member section but are actually a Member. Please visit the Quiz Center Member Login and try again. If you still are asked for credit card information, call 1.800.879.6282. Note: YOU MUST BE LOGGED IN AS A MEMBER IN ORDER TO UTILIZE YOUR FREE CEU Bucks!
Yes. You may take a quiz a total of three times.
If you accidentally purchased the wrong quiz, please contact the Knowledge Initiatives Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 972-532.8852.
All of the quizzes you have purchased will be visible Under "Your Quizzes" at the top of your Quiz Center account.

No problem. You can exit anytime (just logout of the Quiz Center) and return to complete the course.

You should also make sure you have the most updated version of Quick Time on your computer, which is available for download at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.

If you have free CEU Bucks, a credit card is not required to purchase a quiz. Please contact Membership (Contact Form) for assistance. If you need to pay for the Quiz but do not have a credit card, call 1-800-879-6282.
Sign in to your quiz center at http://members.nata.org/members1/members.cfm.
To use your free CEU bucks scroll down to “Online CEU Quizzes."
Select the quiz you wish to apply CEU bucks to by clicking ONCE on the “Purchase” button.
CEU bucks will automatically be deducted from your total available. The quiz you just purchased will now be found at the top of your page under the section "Your Quizzes."
