Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the 60th NATA Annual Meeting & Trade Show, June 18-20, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas! This is the largest exhibition of athletic training products and services in the world!

 

By marketing to NATA members, you will reach decision makers and recommenders in secondary schools, colleges/universities and professional sports.  You’ll also find athletic trainers who serve in sports medicine clinics, emergency rooms and hospitals, physician offices, military, performing arts and a variety of occupational settings.

Please follow the steps below to become an exhibitor at the 2009 NATA Trade Show …

 

  1. Download the Exhibit Space Contract and review the Floor Plan.

 

  1. Review the Rules and Regulations. (The applicant agrees to comply with all Rules and Regulations governing the Annual Meeting Trade Show.)

 

  1. Complete the contract (with payment in full), sign it and email it to lindseya@nata.org, fax it to 214-637-2206 or mail it to NATA, attn: Exhibits Manager, 2952 Stemmons Fwy., Dallas, TX, 75247.

  3. Booth assignments will occur on a first-come, first-served basis.

  1. After your booth space has been assigned, you will receive a Booth Confirmation Letter and information on how to access your Exhibitor Services Manual.

The Expo Group, NATA’s general services contractor, has bundled the most commonly used exhibitor services (furniture, electricity, carpet, material handling, etc.) into discount packages. By selecting on of these booth packages, you can save! Discount package options will be made available through the Exhibitor Services Manual.

A Pre-Convention Attendee List will be available to order in the spring of 2009.

 

NATA Sponsors and Convention Sponsors receive a complimentary Pre-Convention Attendee List. Corporate Partners can purchase this list at .09 a name. All other exhibitors can purchase this list at .13 a name.

 

The Post-Convention Attendee List is complimentary to ALL registered exhibitors.

 

Onsite Booth Selection for 2010                                                                                                  (back to top)

All NATA Exhibitors will have the opportunity to select booth space for the 2010 Trade Show onsite at the 2009 Trade Show in San Antonio, Texas!

 

Before the 2009 Annual Meeting, all registered exhibitors will be assigned an appointment during the Trade Show. This appointment will be based on Exhibit Priority Points as of April 1, 2009. A completed 2010 Exhibit Space Contract and 25% deposit will be due to confirm your appointment prior to arriving onsite.

 

Exhibitors with the highest Exhibit Priority Points will be assigned the first appointments followed by exhibitors with lower points. (Founding sponsors, Official Sponsors, Official Suppliers and Convention Sponsors will confirm their booth space with NATA in the early spring.)
