Booth Space Assignment Schedule
Booth assignments will occur on a monthly basis according to the booth space assignment schedule below:

Priority Point System
For contracts accepted by NATA, priority in space assignment will be based upon the number of years the company has exhibited at the Annual Meeting, Corporate Partner points and the date the contract was received.
NATA Sponsors are assigned first followed by companies with the highest total points. Companies with equal points are assigned in order of the date the contracts are received. The earlier NATA receives a completed, paid contract, the better the exhibitor’s chances of obtaining its preferred booth selection.
NATA reserves the right to assign the best space available when the requested space is not available.
In the event an exhibiting company merges with, acquires or is bought out by another exhibiting company, the highest number of points accumulated by either company will prevail as the point total for the new concern. Points are not combined to arrive at an exhibiting company’s point status. Announcements of these mergers must be submitted to NATA in writing.
