St. Louis arch1. Download the Exhibit Space Contract and floor plan.

 

2. Review the Rules and Regulations. (The applicant agrees to comply with all Rules and Regulations governing the Annual Meeting Trade Show.)

 

3. Complete the contract (with payment), sign it and e-mail it to lindseya@nata.org, fax it to 214-637-2206 or mail it to NATA, attn: Exhibits Manager, 2952 Stemmons Fwy., Dallas, TX, 75247.

 

4. Booth assignments will occur on a monthly basis according to the booth space assignment schedule, the priority point system and the order contracts are received.

 

5. After your booth space has been assigned, you will receive a Booth Confirmation Letter and information on how to access your Exhibitor Services Manual.
