The NATA Convention Program Committee greatly appreciates your willingness to participate as a speaker at the 62nd Annual Meeting & Clinical Symposia. We would like to remind you of a few items:

• Be sure to complete your complimentary registration in advance of the Annual Meeting. Once onsite, proceed to the Registration area to pick up your registration materials prior to checking in at Speaker Services.

• Visit the Speaker Services room (Morial Convention Center, Rooms 231-232) at least four hours in advance of your scheduled event time to submit your presentation.

• Arrive at your presentation room 30 minutes in advance of your presentation.

• Please refer to athletic trainers in your presentation as Athletic Trainers.

• IMPORTANT! Please do not speak despairingly, nor promote, any specific product or company.

• Please report any address or position changes that may occur and any other pertinent new information to NATA.

• All educational meeting rooms will contain the following AV equipment. Contact the NATA Knowledge Initiatives Department immediately if you require additional AV equipment. Additional equipment must be requested by May 20, 2011.

-VHS Player

-Wired Lav Mic

• Notify the NATA Knowledge Initiatives Department immediately if you must cancel your presentation.

PERTINENT DATES RELATED TO YOUR PRESENTATION:

• IMMEDIATELY --

Confirm travel plans and fax completed Nonmember Speaker Housing form to NATA.

• May 20, 2011 --

Online submission of complimentary registration and Permission and Release Form due to NATA.

• July 26, 2011 –

Submission of NATA Reimbursement Form to NATA.
