Lorain "Tow" Diehm
1961

 

In 1957, Lorain "Tow" Diehm started his athletic training career in 1948 at Santa Rosa Junior College. He later trained at his college alma mater, Kansas State Teachers College, and Michigan State University before becoming the head athletic trainer at the University of New Mexico. Diehm, a respected lecturer, handled several special games, clinics and contests during his career. He was inducted into the NATA Hall of Fame in 1976 and passed away in 1998.
