REGISTRATION INFORMATION
USE THE FAST ONSITE REGISTRATION PROCESS!
Step 1: Simply scan the bar code on your confirmation email under a scanner in the Express Registration area. Your receipt and CEU information will print immediately.
Step 2: Bring the receipt you printed onsite to the Registration Materials desk to receive your badge and registration materials.
The registration fee includes admission to all educational sessions except Advanced Track Seminars and Minicourses. Ticket prices for these courses and special activities are listed on the Advance Registration form.
Register online, fax or mail your Advance Registration form directly to NATA. After June 2 you can still register online at the onsite registration rate. You will be emailed an acknowledgement and or confirmation with barcode according to the following schedule.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Refund requests must be sent in writing (membership@nata.org if by email) to the NATA office and will be processed no later than 8 weeks after the last day of the annual meeting. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment received.

MEMBERSHIP DEAL FOR NONMEMBERS
Nonmember registrants who submit a membership application by 7/8/09 receive a credit of $50 ($20 for student registrants) towards dues.
COURSE REGISTRATION
Registration for the Athletic Training Student Seminar (no charge), Workshops and Learning Labs (no charge), Advanced Tracks and Minicourses is required. Registration is first come, first served and processed after full payment is received.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS
Certified athletic trainers who attend all three days of the NATA 60th Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposia will earn 24 CEUs. In addition, attendees will earn one CEU per minicourse and six CEUs per Advanced Track Seminar. See the Careers in Athletic Training Workshop descriptions for CEU information.
