1. Download the Exhibit Space Contract and review the Floor Plan.


2. Review the Rules and Regulations. (The applicant agrees to comply with all Rules and Regulations governing the Annual Meeting Trade Show.)


3. Complete the contract (with payment in full), sign it and email it to jimh@nata.org, fax it to 214-637-2206 or mail it to NATA, attn: Exhibits Manager, 2952 Stemmons Fwy., Dallas, TX, 75247.


4. Booth assignments will occur on a first-come, first-served basis.


5. After your booth space has been assigned, you will receive a Booth Confirmation Email.
