NATA’s travel agency, Colwick Travel, has negotiated great discounts
on airfare and rental cars for Annual Meeting attendees!
Airport Shuttle
Lady Liberty Transportation Co., Inc. provides shared-ride shuttle service between the Philadelphia International Airport and Center City hotels for just $10 each way (cab fare is approximately $30!).
Reservations are not required when you arrive at the airport. Head to the Ground Transportation Counter in the baggage claim area, then dial #27 from the free counter phones for Lady Liberty. Shuttle vans are waiting in the airport holding lot to pick you up within 15 minutes. Shuttles are active 5 am – 12:30 am daily.
Departures from Center City hotels require reservations. Early morning reservations (before 9 am) must be made by 9 pm the night before. All other reservations should be called in at least 3 hours in advance.
Limit two pieces of luggage plus one carry-on per passenger. All major credit cards and traveler’s checks are accepted. Personal checks are not accepted.
