Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at the NATA Athletic Training Educators’ Conference, February 25-26, 2011 in Washington, DC! This is the premier educational event for athletic training directors and educators and draws between 450-500 professionals from across North America.
In conjunction with educational programming, the 2011 Conference offers an Exhibition and Product Showcase during General Sessions. And this year, we combine ATEC with iLead, the CIE Seminar and the NATA Legislative Events to form ELA 2011: Educate – Lead – Advocate! As an exhibitor, you will be face-to-face with high qualified leads and will be able to showcase your products and services to the industry influencers and buyers you want to see!
EXHIBITS PACKAGE: As an exhibitor you will receive…
- One carpeted exhibit space (no pipe and drape is used for this show)
- Two 6’ draped tables (in an “L” shape)
- Two chairs
- Wastebasket
- One easel and sign with your company name and logo (8-1/2” x 11” print area)
- Invitation to attend the luncheon, receptions and keynote presentations
- Company marketing material in all registration packets
- Company listing on ATEC website, linked to your URL
- Company listing in printed exhibitor list provided to all attendees
- Access to standard (110v) electricity (Ordered through the Hyatt for an additional cost)
PRODUCT SHOWCASE
The 2011 Product Showcase allows you to provide a 3-minute (maximum) commercial presentation about your product and/or services. This is an exclusive opportunity available only to ATEC exhibitors and requires advanced registration.
As a participant in the Product Showcase, you will be able to:
- Present to leaders with decision-making power within the program director and educator community
- Develop new sales leads
- Create brand awareness and enhance your company’s image
