If you previously booked your housing for the events you wish to attend,

you now only need to complete registration.

Click http://www.grires.com/natashowec09.htm, and when asked if you have already submitted housing, click yes and be prepared to enter the reservation number from your housing confirmation.

Registration for CIE is separate.

CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR EDUCATOR SEMINAR (CIE)

This event is now sold out; however, you can still register and be placed on the waitlist. If space becomes available, dependent on your place on the waitlist, you will be contacted to see if you would still like to attend. Your credit card payment will not be processed unless you are contacted and you agree that you do want to attend. 2009 CAPITOL HILL DAY

If you are attending ATEC or iLEAD, we hope you’ll stay over to attend Capitol Hill Day on Monday. If you do stay don’t forget to book a room for Sunday night.

Sunday, February 22 – Lobbying Is Not A Four Letter Word (Legislative
Briefing), 4 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Monday, February 23
            Continental Breakfast and Last Minute Briefing, 7 a.m. – 8 a.m.
            Bus departure, 8:15 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
            Capitol Hill Day visits, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

To allow time to complete your visits and for travel to the airport, please do not book your departure flight prior to 6 p.m.

Ground Transportation

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is approximately 10 miles from the Gaylord. One-way taxi service is estimated at $20. Dulles International Airport (IAD) is approximately 30 miles from the Gaylord. One-way taxi service is estimated at $55. Super Shuttle's door-to-door service is available at each airport, and operates on a shared ride basis. SuperShuttle service is $22 one way from Ronald Reagan National Airport and $43 from Dulles.
